Invest With Us
Let's see if we're a fit.
We work with accredited investors and, on select offerings, qualified sophisticated investors under Rule 506(b). Fill out the form below and our investor relations team will reach out within two business days.
Who We Work With
Accredited Investor Status
You must qualify as an accredited investor under SEC Rule 501 — typically $1M+ net worth (excluding primary residence) or $200K+ annual income.
Minimum Investment
Our typical minimum commitment is $50,000 per deal. Some offerings may have higher minimums depending on deal size and structure.
Long-Term Horizon
Our hold periods are typically 3–7 years. This is illiquid capital — we're looking for investors who understand and accept that.
This is not an offer to sell or solicitation to buy securities. Any such offer will be made only through a formal private placement memorandum to qualified investors.
Rule 506(b) — Sophisticated Investors
Not yet accredited? You may still qualify.
What is a sophisticated investor?
Under SEC Regulation D, Rule 506(b), we may accept up to 35 non-accredited but sophisticated investors per offering. A sophisticated investor has sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to evaluate the merits and risks of a prospective investment — even without meeting the income or net worth thresholds for accreditation.
How this works with us
Sophisticated investor status is determined on a deal-by-deal basis and requires a substantive, pre-existing relationship with our firm. We cannot accept unsolicited inquiries from non-accredited investors under 506(b). If you believe you qualify and we have an existing relationship, reach out and we'll have a conversation.
Legal notice: 506(b) offerings are not publicly advertised and this page does not constitute a general solicitation. All investors — accredited and non-accredited — must receive a formal private placement memorandum before any investment is made.
